Welcome to RarePrint.in ("RarePrint", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Our Services
You agree to:
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information
– Use the platform for lawful purposes only
– Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent
RarePrint reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
2. User Content and Intellectual Property
a. Uploads
You may upload text, images, designs, and other content (“User Content”) for printing purposes. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to use it to fulfill your order.
b. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:
– Does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other legal rights
– Is not offensive, obscene, or unlawful
We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these Terms.
3.Orders, Payments, and Refunds
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at any time.
- Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of printed products, refunds and cancellations are only permitted under the following conditions:
– The product is defective or damaged
– The print does not match the approved design

4.Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, weather). We are not liable for such delays.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs displayed on RarePrint.in (except for User Content) are the property of RarePrint or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RarePrint.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
– Use or inability to use the platform
– Errors or inaccuracies in content or printing
– Delayed or lost shipments
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

SHIPPING POLICIES
At RarePrint.in, we’re committed to delivering your custom prints with speed and care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Order Processing Time
– All orders are processed within *2-25 business days* after payment and artwork approval.
– Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity. Estimated timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
– We ship across India via reliable courier partners like *Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post*.
– Standard delivery takes *3-10 business days* depending on your location.
– Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (subject to availability).
3.Shipping Charges
– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping speed.
4. Order Tracking- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
– You can also track your order under the *”My Orders”* section on our website.
5. Delivery Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to:
– Natural calamities or force majeure
– Peak festive season traffic
– Regional lockdowns or restrictions
Return & Refund Policy – RarePrint.in
Since every order is personalized, our return policy is crafted to ensure fairness and satisfaction.
1. Returns & Replacements
– Due to the customized nature of our products, we *do not accept returns* unless:
– The product is defective or damaged
– There is a printing error that differs from the approved artwork
2. Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
– Inform us within *48 hours of delivery*
– Share photos/videos of the issue and the outer packaging
– Ensure the item is unused and in original condition
3. Refunds (if applicable)
– Refunds are offered only in cases where a replacement is not possible.
– Once approved, refunds are processed within *7-10 business days* to your original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
– Orders can only be cancelled *before printing begins*. Once printing is in progress, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
